1.)  Select the meat you are monitoring and the integrated microprocessor links the level of doneness or taste to the correct temperature for the type of meat selected.  

2.)  Place the tines of the fork in the meat and within seconds you will have the level of doneness and digital temperature of the meat.

3.)  When the meat reaches the programmed temperature, the LCD flashes and audible alarm is sounded.  The integrated food light and the backlighted LCD makes it easy to examine meat at dusk or at night.
